A task is always linked to a project and a user. Before creating a task, make sure the corresponding project is already created.
You can create as many projects as you want. You can of course edit and delete them at will.
List of projects
By default, only to or projects in progress are displayed. You can change these criteria, they will only apply in this interface and not on the schedule.
You can also filter this list of projects by date, by project group, or do a text search on the project title. You can finally sort the list by clicking on the names of the columns.
In the list, the projects are grouped according to the groups of projects, the projects without group are at the beginning.
Important : Deleting a project will delete all tasks from this project
Project information
The identifier is a string of characters, unique for each project. This information is the visual cue displayed in the schedule.
The project name is the only other mandatory information for creating a project.
You can optionally set a group of projects , so you can easily group them visually, in the project listing and in the schedule.
The status also allows you to sort projects. By default, abandoned or archived projects are hidden.
The charge , the delivery date , the link , and the comments are simple information allowing you to Add details to your projects without consequences on the schedule.
The color of the project is the background color of the cell for tasks (in project view). Choose representative colors for each project for better readability.
