Places are additional data that can be related to tasks.
This module is optional and can be activated or deactivated at any time in the SOPlanning options.
When the module is active, a selection drop-down menu appears in the task management form, containing the list of available locations. You can manage this list in the place management interface, via the “Settings >> Places” menu.
This field is optional in the task form, so you do not have to choose a location for each task even if the module is enabled.
For each place you can define whether it is exclusive or not. If you make it exclusive, you will not be able to create another task for that same place at the same time, SOPlanning will tell you there is a conflict. If this exclusivity is not activated, you can assign this place as many times as you like at the same time.
Once assigned, you can also delete it from a task afterwards by editing the task again.
