Resources are additional data that can be task-related.
This module is optional and can be activated or deactivated at any time in the SOPlanning options.
When the module is active, a selection drop-down menu appears in the task management form, containing the list of available resources. You can manage this list in the interface of resource management, via the “Settings >> Resources” menu.
This field is optional in the task form, so you do not have to choose a resource for each task even if the module is enabled.
For each resource you can define whether it is exclusive or not. If you make it exclusive, you will not be able to create another task with the same resource at the same time, SOPlanning will tell you that there is a conflict. If this exclusivity is not enabled, you can assign this resource as many times as you want at the same time.
Once a resource is assigned, you can also delete it from a task afterwards by editing the task again.
